Insurance and Self-Pay Options
Clients can use the insurance verification tool when booking to see an estimate of their coverage and anticipated costs. While a small co-pay may apply at the end of the session, you will always be informed of any charges before services begin. For those who prefer, self-pay is also available at a flat rate of $150 for a 60-minute session.
Individual Therapy Sessions
I provide HIPAA-compliant online therapy that adheres to the same professional and ethical standards as in-person care. I understand the value of in-person sessions, which will be available beginning late summer 2026.
About Me…
I am a licensed mental health clinician providing online therapy in Massachusetts, with experience supporting adolescents, teens, and adults since 2021. I began my clinical work in In-Home Therapy and transitioned to outpatient individual therapy in 2022, where I now focus on one-on-one care through a secure telehealth setting.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. I also maintain a systems-informed perspective, recognizing how family dynamics, relationships, environment, and life experiences all shape emotional well-being and personal growth.
From our first session, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I work to meet you where you are while helping you build insight, resilience, and practical coping tools.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and finding the right fit matters. If at any point I feel another provider may better support your needs, I will offer guidance and help you find a therapist who is the best match for you.

I currently offer individualized virtual therapy sessions designed to meet clients where they are. Through a collaborative process, we identify goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that supports meaningful and sustainable progress. There will be in person sessions coming summer of 2026 in the Quincy/Braintree area.
